Hormone optimization is built around the physician-patient relationship. At Longevity Health, that relationship is with Dr. Rihal — from your first consultation through every protocol adjustment for the year.

Dr. Raveena Rihal, MD

Background and credentials

A specialist in women's hormone health.

Dr. Raveena Rihal is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She practices in California and specializes in hormone health, metabolic optimization, and lifestyle medicine for women in perimenopause and midlife.

Her clinical focus is the full hormonal and metabolic picture — estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, cortisol, insulin sensitivity, and nutrient status — interpreted together rather than in isolation. Most women who come to Dr. Rihal have already had basic hormone labs run elsewhere. What changes here is the depth of the panel, the time spent on interpretation, and the protocol built around the full picture.

She personally sees every woman in the program. No nurse practitioners, no rotating clinicians, no handoffs. The same physician who runs your initial consultation will see you for every quarterly review for the year.

Clinical philosophy

The protocol fits the woman, not the other way around.

Dr. Rihal's clinical approach is evidence-driven and individualized. Many women who come in convinced they need HRT actually need thyroid optimization, metabolic intervention, or another protocol entirely. Many who came in skeptical of HRT find it's exactly what their labs and symptoms call for. The work is figuring out which is which — and then building a protocol that reflects that finding, not a default formula.

Supporting care

When your labs show more.

When your DEXA scan reveals bone density concerns, Lenita Anthony consults with you directly on the strength and weight-bearing protocol that protects your skeleton. Her work is integrated with Dr. Rihal's clinical plan and based on what your labs and scan actually show.
